Sue Garner
Sue Garner draws on over 20 years of personal practice and the inspiration of some of the world’s leading yoga teachers, notably Sarah Powers and Donna Farhi, as well as influences from osteopathy, pilates, Alexander Technique and somatic movement.
She brings a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology and 12 years’ experience in teaching yoga and wellbeing courses to mainstream classes, professional dancers and adults with learning disabilities, limited mobility, physical or mental ill-health.
She aims to make yoga accessible to all – tailoring practices to individual needs, whatever their physical ability - listening to body's inner wisdom, or as she puts it "rather than struggling to put ourselves in a shape that really isn't very good for us!"
