With over 30 years of experience in Community Dance. Ludus is passionate about offering a unique dance experience accesible to all. The Dance Development team based in Lancaster aim to offer adiverse range of work across the County and further afield.
Workshops and Classes
- Dance workshops for anyone 18 months to 80 +
- An inclusive, fun, creative approach to dance
- Accessible to those new to dance as well as moreexperienced dancers
- A wide range of dance styles to meet your needs including regular weekly classes
- One off dance workshops and intensive projects
- Facilitation of dance work in a variety of settings such as schools, colleges, universities, youth clubs, community centres, health centres and outside spaces

- New media projects such as training and development in dance for camera for young people, community groups, arts teams and artists.
- Community residencies: we spend a concentrated period of time in your area for the purpose of kick-starting dance activities which may continue after we have left.

- Advice, support, mentoring and professional development for freelance artists, emerging artists and dance graduates.
- Advice and support for individuals, teams, organisations and schools in developing dance activities in most forms, shapes and sizes.
- Dance activity days for team development days.
- In service training days for those who work with dance in educational settings customized for primary, secondary and special environments.
- Representation of good practice within community dance.
