Ludus Dance is a registered charity (registration no. 1144163).
We are committed to ensuring that great art is conceived, developed and delivered through dance in Lancashire by supporting and nurturing the talented in the region. We also work to ensure that people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds are empowered to engage in dance and experience enjoyment and personal growth from their participation.
We are committed to championing dance and its associated art forms so that we reach and inspire those who are currently least engaged.
To help us with our work, we are grateful for the support and investment of:
- Arts Council England
- Lancashire County Council
- Lancaster City Council
We have also received funding from:
- The Baring Foundation
- BBC Children in Need
- The Big Lottery Fund
- Esmée Fairbairn Foundation
- The Heritage Lottery Fund
- Lattice Works
- The Woodland Trust
As a not-for-profit organisation, all funding or private donations we receive are used to fund further dance development work within our community. We are always grateful to receive gifts or donations, no matter how large or small.
