Charity Stars Tour Reaches Out To Bay Area Shoppers

17th September 2015

People around Lancaster, Kendal and Barrow were treated to a surprise dance performance on Saturday 12th September, all in the name of charity.

A group of young people from Ludus Dance and Dare Dance in Barrow travelled around the three towns, popping up in local shopping centres with a flash mob dance performance to the sound of S Club 7's hit "Reach for the Stars". We were delighted to be working with The Bay radio station and Furness Building Society to promote the launch of 'Charity Stars' - a talent competition  which challenges supporters to perform on behalf of their nominated good cause with the chance of winning a share of more than £3,000 in cash.

Every finalist is guaranteed to take away at least £100 for their good cause and the winner  will receive £1000, with prizes of £750 and £500 for the charities represented by the runner up.
