Ludus Dance based in Lancaster is, Britain's Leading Dance in Education Company, and has built a unique national and international reputation for it's contribution to both Dance in Education and Community Dance.

Making A Purchase
We have tried to make your experience of buying with us as easy as possible. Just browse our website, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept all major credit cards.
We will not charge your credit / debit card until we have confirmed your product is in stock and ready to ship.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order this does not indicate that a contract exists between us.
We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, a dance class has sold out, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Schools and Educational Establishments
We only accept payment via Credit or Debit cards on-line. If you are a school or business and wish to pay by BACS, cheque, or via a Pro Forma Invoice, please download our order form and fax us back on 01524 847744 - our bank details can also be found on the order form.

Please be aware any discounts or coupon codes are only available via purchases on-line.
Shipping And Handling
We aim to process your on-line order within 2 - 3 working days. Payment will only be debited from your card upon acceptance and the subsequent despatch of your order. We use Royal Mail ‘second class' delivery to dispatch your order. Delivery Schedule Deliveries are usually 5 – 7 working days from dispatch. However, please allow 10 working days for all deliveries made by the Royal Mail.
If your product(s) are not received after 14 working days we will trace the parcel and re-send your order. If we send out a second parcel and the first parcel is also received, the first parcel must be returned. If the parcel is not returned we may charge you for the outstanding parcel.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is added.
Credit Card Security
We take every effort to ensure that your card details are kept secure and safe. All online credit card transactions take place over a secure server indicated by a padlock or key in your web browser. Ludus Dance do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. Returns Policy
- a. You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of 7 working days after you receive the goods (see below).
- b. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to Ludus Dance by hand or post, giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery. Notification by phone is not sufficient.
- c. Except in the case of faulty or misdescribed goods, if you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to Ludus Dance at your own cost.
- d. The goods must be returned to the address given. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. In the case of faulty or misdescribed goods we shall, after receiving notification either collect the goods from you or ask you to return the goods yourself and possibly refund you the reasonable postage costs.
- e. Once you have notifiedLudus Dance that you are cancelling the contract, Ludus Dance will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
- f. Except in the case of faulty or misdescribed goods, if you do not return the goods as required, Ludus Dance may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods.
